Our Impact

Darzah is a non-profit, ethical fashion brand creating authentic, handmade Palestinian products. As a Fair Trade certified brand, we are committed to providing our artisans with optimal working conditions and living-wages 60% higher than the average corporate salary in the West Bank. Each and every Darzah purchase contributes to artisan salaries, employment programs, and job training in the West Bank.

What is Tatreez?

Tatreez is a form of traditional embroidery practiced across various Middle Eastern and North African cultures, particularly prominent in Palestinian and Jordanian communities. This art form involves intricate stitching using colorful threads to create geometric patterns and motifs.

About Darzah

Darzah is a non-profit, ethical fashion brand creating authentic, handmade Palestinian products. The embroidery style, tatreez, is a traditional art form passed down through centuries of women. Our goal is to bring tatreez apparel and décor to the world in order to celebrate and preserve Palestinian heritage.

The Choker/Wrap Bracelet is the perfect accessory for fashionistas who may want a bracelet one moment, and a choker the next. For a subtle accent piece, try it as a bracelet; and for a more daring statement, wear it as a choker. The tatreez motif embroidered on this accessory is called “Flower Petals” (Awraq Alzzuhur in Arabic).

Our products are 100% handmade by our women artisans in the West Bank of Palestine. We work to try and make a change in the lives of Palestinian women who may lack economic opportunity. A purchase from us acts as a contribution towards creating more jobs and training.

    Truly Stunning

This wrap is every bit as beautiful as I imagined. However, a choker, it is not. My bad for not reading the description well enough to notice that the length was communicated accurately but the pictures were a misrepresentation. It would have been lovely as a choker but at 18", I'm honestly not sure what to do with it.

    Very Chic

I wear this with many of my casual outfits, sometimes as a choker & sometimes as a bracelet. It's fashionable and sophisticates the look.
